Albert Ramos-Viñolas (born 17 January 1988) is a Spanish tennis player. He has a career-high singles ranking of world no. 38, achieved in May 2012 after reaching the final of Casablanca. ==Tennis career== Ramos-Viñolas has participated in the finals of six Futures tournaments; in four of these he won (Spain F25 in 2008, Spain's F9, F15 and F16 in 2009). He lost in the finals of two ATP Challenger Tour tournaments (in Seville against his compatriot Pere Riba and in Palermo against Romanian player Adrian Ungur). On August 22, 2010 he won his first Challenger final at the San Sebastian Challenger defeating Benoît Paire, from France, 6–4, 6–2. At the 2010 ATP 500 Barcelona, Ramos defeated world number 12 player Fernando Gonzalez to reach third round, where he lost to Ernest Gulbis. At the 2012 Indian Wells Masters, he won over Richard Gasquet to reach third round, where he fell to Pablo Andújar. At the 2012 Miami Masters, he defeated world number 15 player Feliciano López, then lost to Gasquet in third round. At the 2013 Miami Masters, Ramos took wins over world number 14 player Juan Mónaco and former world number 4 James Blake to reach fourth round, where he lost to Jürgen Melzer. At the 2013 Barcelona Open, he defeated Jerzy Janowicz and world number 15 player Kei Nishikori, after which Rafael Nadal defeated him in quarter-finals.
